Human Resource Dimensions Pty Ltd (HR Dimensions) was established
in Melbourne in 1995 to provide clients with high quality HR
consulting expertise. Activities have focussed mainly on
recruitment and search at management and professional levels
and includes extensive and unique work in the franchising
sector. Our services often extend into broader areas of HR
Consulting, including organisational development and performance
management, change management, career transition advice, training
and HR troubleshooting.
In late 1997 Training Dimensions Pty Ltd was formed as
an extension of the activities of HR Dimensions, concentrating on
the provision of practical and cost effective training solutions for
